  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full credit card numbers).

B. User Content & Inputs

To provide our Service, you may input text (e.g., captions from social media posts) into Saylo.

  • Processing vs. Storage: We process this text solely to generate comment suggestions. We do not permanently store the captions or posts you paste once the generation session is complete.
  • Protected Words & Dictionary: Your custom dictionaries and lists of "Protected Words" are stored associated with your user profile so they can be applied across your sessions.

C. Usage Data

We may collect non-personal information about how the Service is accessed and used, such as browser type, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data to improve our user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., generating comments based on your Voice Profile).
  • To process payments for Pro subscriptions.
  • To notify you about changes to our Service.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To detect and prevent technical issues or abuse (spam/bot activity).

3. AI and Content Generation

Saylo utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate comment suggestions.

  • No Training on User Data: We do not use your personal inputs (pasted captions) to train our public AI models.
  • Human-in-the-loop: Saylo does not auto-post content. You retain full control and responsibility for reviewing, editing, and posting the generated comments.

4. Data Protection

The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, secure database storage) to protect your personal information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), such as:
